About Michelle Blades

I am an optimistic, confident person, who has over 10 years experience working in the telecommunications industry, specifically in market research with a focus on customer closeness. I started my career at O2, now VMO2, on the front line as an Customer Service Adviser but have progressed to my current role of Insight Manager. I've continue to seek opportunities to learn and develop and in recent years, I've completed the McKinsey Management Accelerator course, under the SWITCH programme, which also connected me with a mentor. The SWITCH programme has also given me a vantage point to learn more about DE & I within the business, from both a corporate and employee perspective. My development journey has now lead me to undertake a coaching course, after having a transformative coaching conversation with my mentor. The power of a well placed question, led to my decision to embark on a coaching course, so I could learn a skill to support my colleagues. Coaching has given me an insight to myself and tools that I've been able to apply in my own life. I'm completing training in coaching via Mastering Your Power, and it has been a privilege to watch coachees begin to find their answers.
