As a Business Officer Director I assist in implementing and assuring all employees are following Company policies and procedures, and assist administrating, coordinating and directing all activities in accordance with the policies and procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance. The role acts as support to the Human Resources functions to assist the leadership team accomplish goals through people of including but not limited to; personal records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence and recruitment assistance within the company. Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (I.e. HIPPA, State Regulations, OSHA, etc.) Prepare census changes, entering payments, ancillary charges, preparing statements, auditing files and accounts, closing the AR books for each month. Maintains and reviews accounts payables and receivables, routing invoices to the to the appropriate department, entering invoices, paying bills, receiving/posting tuition payments and tracking payment information. Verifies and maintains all employees/Students records. Directs and manages all direct reports. Verify and submit time cards for Bi-weekly payroll. Track used PTO time for all staff. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, audit, and compliance. Responsible for managing all the financial actions of the company. In charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company's finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.
