About Michelle Boyd

I am a Senior Delivery Lead with project management experience in multiple industries. My last 10 years I’ve focused on digital delivery including internal and external websites, content management systems and e commerce solutions. The last four years I've had the opportunity to deliver large scale.net solutions for fortune 500 companies. I've managed large project teams with a mix of on and offshore resources. I manage customer projects from estimation to design through delivery, including working to gather technical and non technical requirements and documentation, user experience (UX design), workshop preparation, data analytics, technical design through the development process to launch and optimization recommendations. I’m an independent self-starter and an agile multi tasker happiest in a fast paced environment. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have been responsible for communicating at all levels of my organizations both client and internal.
