About Michelle Brady

In 2019, I embarked on my self-healing journey. I untangled my inner child's traumas and teen's self-hate. I taught myself to unlearn lifetimes of false beliefs and reframe my mindsets. I familiarized myself with mental illnesses and learned how to live alongside them. I quit my smoking addiction through mindfulness, self-care, and meditation. I used art and music therapy to help me focus and allow myself to create. I used a 5 pillar blueprint to guide me through the rough edges of healing. My approach is empathic, honest, empowering, and focused on Self. I am currently studying psychology and write a blog on my website. I wrote a book as a healing practice about a trauma I experienced as a way to release it. As a school secretary, I often helped kids through their anxieties, stress, and mindsets. I am also very active on my daughter's healing journey from self-harm, anxiety, and depression. Helping others remember/create who they are/want to be and re-ignite their inner flame is my calling.
