Over 15 years experience in the Corporate & Institutional banking sector split over London and Sydney. Current roles as an Associate Director in C & IB's FinCrime Advisory team. Working on our response to Australia new AML/CTF reforms Act. Identifying risk based opportunities to safe guard our communities and customers whilst meeting our regulatory obligations to prevent the misuse of the financial system.Prior to this role I worked as a Product Manager in a Transformation Domain focusing of digitalisation, automation and enhancing a C & IB AML/KYC Operational function. Working with world leading vendors such as Fenergo, Quantexa, Pega and Encompass to redesign how we manage the ever changing risk landscape whilst keeping the Customer experience at front of mind. Over my time working in the C & IB space I have the opportunity to have experiences a range of roles from working as a Product Owner delivering a regulatory compliance uplift to the way in which information is captured about the persons connected to our core customers. Lead SME for one of the first implementations of Encompass to a major global C & IB bank in Australia. Senior Analyst across various ops team, Relationship banker specialising in Real Estate based in London.
