With over twenty years spent attentive to others’ diverse needs through customer service, administrative, and managerial positions, I am a courteous and compassionate professional, an effective communicator, and a quick and accurate learner. I am versed in both simple and complex softwares including MindBody, DayForce, and other database-driven people management systems, as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe products. I am creative, kind, and driven, a former business owner, and an author. I take pride in quality and expect great things from the teams I lead. I love learning new programs, solving problems, and increasing efficiencies. I grew up with the DIY example, making me a self-starter, but I work easily with others.
