With over 18 years of information technology and project management experience, Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master's Certificate in Project Management, and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the Microsoft Certified Professional credential for Enterprise Project Management with Project Server 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016. Additional certifications include the MCITP: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007/2010/2013/2016; MCTS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007/2010/2013/2016, and MCTS: Managing Projects and Programs with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007/2010/2013/2016. Michelle is proficient in project management, specializing in identifying requirements and project dependencies, planning and developing integrate-able project schedules for inter-dependent projects, master projects and programs, executing project plans, controlling projects, and EVM. Utilizing all versions of MS Project Server functionality, has been successful in developing & integrating cross-functional project schedules, coordinating workflows, creating & managing project costs, schedules & resources to manage projects & generate informative & effective reports, & managing communication within project teams. Adept in training & coaching project teams using PMI-based methodology, has trained various project teams & project managers in the development of project plans and schedules by using widely accepted project management software and methodology. Spending the last 16 years implementing, training, & mentoring project managers, resources, & executives on the use of all versions of MS Project Server, along with its major components including MS Project Professional, PWA, & SharePoint in diverse environments.
