It includes test pricing and reverse prospecting to outside brokerage firms to ensure a sale. I also have designations that put me one step ahead of the competition. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Expert, Seller Rep. Specialist, Senior RE Specialist, NAR Green. HOW IT WORKS: We meet or chat over the phone to discuss your needs, then we work to find the best plan of action to meet your desired outcome. Selling: I will come to your property and provide you a free in home estimate of your property value & discuss pricing, your motivation to sell, where you intend to move, updates you have done & time frame to move, etc. You will then sign a listing agreement, stage your property, take professional photographs, and prelist, then go-live via MLS. Buyer: I will ask you what you are looking on wish list, location, timeline, budget, preapproval/proof of funds.
