About Michelle Ciacci

I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Padua, where I have acquired skills in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. I also hold a certification in Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera, demonstrating my interest and aptitude in cloud computing. In addition, I have a B2 level in English reading and listening, which enables me to communicate effectively in a global context. Besides my academic pursuits, I have also gained valuable work experience in different sectors, such as cinema, office, and tourism. I am currently working as an Addetta Multiplex at The Space Cinema, where I provide excellent customer service, handle ticket sales and reservations, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises. I also work as a receptionist at Office Center, where I manage and filter the written and phone communications addressed to the executive functions, organize the agenda, and transmit information between various offices or subjects. Previously, I worked as an accompanist for elderly people at I AM, where I provided emotional support and companionship, stimulated social activities, monitored health conditions, and handled practical issues. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in active listening, attention to detail, and communication, as well as a passion for helping and serving others. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contribute to the organization's culture and goals.
