How do you thrive? Like… réally thrive? What is at the heart of you feeling exceptionally good when you start your day? I believe the answer lies in your relationships. The one with yourself, your body, your heart, your mind. The one with life. And most certainly the one with other people. We are human beings, wired for connection, yet living in a world that promotes individualism, self-empowerment and continuous growth. It’s not sustainable and we know it. The planet screams for change. Our hearts scream for change. I believe that if we learn to become more relational at heart - in work, private lives, and with the planet - we can make the shift that’s oh so needed. It starts with you. Me. In our own lives. RE-ESTABLISHING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU In my work, my focus lies on re-establishing the relationship with all of who you are, so you can authentically relate to all of who they are: your co-workers or team members, kids, spouse, friends. Mostly, I work with men or with couples in deep 1-to-1 settings, over a longer period of time. In this work, I support my clients to reconnect to all the parts that have been silenced for so long, or that they have learned to adapt to. I teach them new skills to be less reactive to the environment, handle conflict better, communicate skillfully and with soft power. Often, this is related to their work, yet always to their private life. WISDOM OVER KNOWLEDGE For this, I merge my 20+ years of experience as a communication expert and Inner Leadership mentor with many years of training in the nervous system, polyvagal theory, tantra, bodywork, sex and intimacy, and relationships. I currently study Relational Life Therapy® with Terry Real, which is a true blessing and wonderful addition to my skill set. The most valuable essence I bring, though, is Life’s Seasoning: my personal life experience of years of relationships, heartbreaks, being an entrepreneur, and having lived through ordeals that have brought me Wisdom. Everything I’ve done in my life, also as a former writer, branding specialist and international speaker, has brought me here. At times, I bring my skillset to the corporate environment where the same teachings are needed. We relate to people everywhere, after all!
