Hey there! I'm Michelle, a multifaceted professional with a passion for Graduate Medical Education. With over 18 years of workforce experience, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table. Before diving into GME, I spent 10 serving as a US Army soldier, where I learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and adaptability. After my military service, I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and successfully ran my own small business. These experiences have shaped me into a resilient and resourceful individual. Currently, I am thrilled to be working as a Fellowship Program Coordinator, where I get to combine my love for helping others with my organizational and managerial skills. I find immense joy in supporting and guiding aspiring doctors as they embark on their medical journeys. In addition to my professional experiences, I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I recently delved into the world of industrial machinery, immersing myself in learning everything there was to know. However, my true passion lies in GME, and I decided to return to it wholeheartedly. Outside of work, you can find me spending quality time with my loved ones, exploring the great outdoors, or indulging in my favorite hobbies. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and nurturing personal connections.
