About Michelle Denham

Hi there! I'm Michelle, and I care about helping people in their development so that everyone can do work they love, in a place they love to work. I believe everyone deserves to feel fulfilled, valued, and rewarded. My career journey has taught me a lot about self-discovery and growth — the importance of understanding myself, my environment, and the kind of leadership and culture that help me thrive. Our engagement, performance and our potential can grow hugely where there is trust and a culture of learning. And being fulfilled requires knowing ourselves better, and developing our mind and abilities, so that we can make the most of opportunities. These last few years I've deliberately created change in pursuit of new perspective, purpose and learning. Transitioning from retail marketing to coaching and people development has been incredibly rewarding.I'm excited about opportunities that enhance employee happiness, capability and talent mobility. Coaching, mentoring and training in the workplace are my passion areas, especially in personal growth, career management and leadership development. If there's opportunity for us to connect, I’d love to chat!Industries: HR | Financial Services | Grocery | Food & Drink | Retail | Skincare | Hospitality & SpaKey skills: Coaching | Facilitation | Learning Content Creation & Delivery | Relationship Building | Leadership | Strategy | Communication | Customer/Client Experience
