At PDQ Manufacturing, I serve as the Vice President of Human Resources. My primary focus is on driving strategic process improvements and fostering a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement.During my tenure at PDQ, I have formed four committees: the Safety Committee, Wellness Committee, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) Committee, and Events Committee. These committees actively involve and engage employees, promoting community and collaboration within the workplace.Embracing the challenges of the manufacturing sector, I leverage my HR expertise to nurture a safe production workplace environment. Under my leadership, implementing impactful HR policies and systems has improved morale and more efficient HR processes, reflecting our commitment to excellence and the values we uphold at PDQ Manufacturing.
