About Michelle Dodson

Technically savvy artist and experience designer with a proven track record of delivering creative excellence for immersive and real-time content. My work as an artist combined with my technical skills help me effectively direct and create beautiful and engaging content for immersive installations, animations, and printed artwork. I’ve directed and created specialized content for many large scale video displays for internationally recognized brands including H&M, Audemars Piguet, Marvel, Red Bull, Dom Pérignon, IHG, Coca-Cola, Tiffany & Company, Lowe’s, and Google. Some notable projects include the 2014 Saks Fifth Avenue Holiday show, 2012 DUMBO Arts Festival, and a scene in the major motion picture “The Hunger Games Catching Fire”. In my personal audio and visual artwork, I’m inspired by the intricate patterns and hues found in nature, seeking to capture and amplify their mesmerizing beauty. My art is a tribute to the infinite complexity of the natural world, exploring the interplay of shapes, colors, and textures to create organic yet fantastical compositions. I am driven by my love of detail and repetition, meticulously layering abstract forms to create richly textured pieces that draw the viewer into a world of awe and wonder. I’ve exhibited my art extensively in the United States and internationally, including exhibitions at MoMA, The Rumney-Guggenheim Gallery, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Virginia, the Avesta Museum in Sweden, the Kerava Museum in Finland, and in long-term public art installations in Toledo, Ohio and Aruba.
