With over 15 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, I am a passionate and strategic leader in the field of DOT compliance and human resources. As the Chief Compliance Officer at Center for Transportation Safety (CTS), I oversee all aspects of compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. I also manage the HR department, ensuring that CTS attracts, retains, and develops a diverse and talented workforce that shares our mission of enhancing safety and efficiency in transportation. In my previous role as a DOT and Account Supervisor at Driving Dynamics Inc, I worked with clients across various sectors to provide customized driver training and risk management solutions. I leveraged my skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality service and results.
