About Michelle Dray

Michelle has over 20 years of human resources and consulting experience including extensive experience with HR implementation, project management and strategy projects with a deep expertise in HR Business Transformation. Prior to Michelle entering the HCM consulting space, she spent eight years in industry HR including holding a Senior Generalist position at a financial institution and a management position with a national staffing firm. Michelle is a strong advocate for bringing a mindful and authentic approach to work and pursues opportunities to help women achieve success by implementing change directed at discovering their authentic selves. Her passion and commitment to this cause is illustrated by the creation of a leadership program targeting women newly entering the workforce - the Starters, and women exploring new roles or desiring a mind shift within the same role - the Shifters. Mindfulness practices and strategies are fully baked into the program and the message of authenticity is at the forefront to achieving career and life success.
