My experience ranges from simple 60-year surface for both Residential and O&G to Certified Drilling Title Opinions. I also have experience in ROW, heirship and Curative Title. I have been a Title Project Manager for the last several years and have had upwards of 30+ people under my supervision on the projects. I also have experience in Acquisitions. I have acquisition and title experience in the following counties: Monroe, Noble, Tuscarawas, Guernsey, Belmont, Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Portage, Stark, Holmes and Washington Counties in Ohio. Allegheny, Lawrence, Washington, Greene, Wyoming, Tioga, Beaver, Susquehanna, Lycoming, Butler, Bradford, Lackawanna, Potter, McKean, Armstrong, Westmoreland, Mercer and Venango in Pennsylvania.
