About Michelle Geddio

My career focus has always been on pleasing the customer and providing them with the best possible experience. The artist in me enjoys the design and creativity aspect of the marketing duties associated with current and past positions. Organizing special events is fun and rewarding. I am always full of great ideas! My employment with Ontelaunee Orchards was a wonderful growing experience. I was able to improve my communication skills and really enjoyed working with the public. One of the more rewarding aspects of the position was creating annual seasonal events. These special events brought hundreds of people out to enjoy the orchard. Part of my responsibilities with this position involved managing and scheduling people of all ages. In addition, I handled the advertising, budgeting, and finances for the pick-your-own and retail areas. After four great seasons at the orchard, I was lured away to work from my home with Waterford Consultants. During my employment with Waterford Consultants, I gained proficient knowledge of the telecommunications industry. This remote position allowed me to work independently from my home while highlighting my time management skills and self-motivation. In addition, I was able to further improve my customer service skills, while working with executives at large scale telecommunication companies like AT & T, Sprint, and Verizon, among others. The main focus of this position was establishing relationships with customers and processing orders for antenna safety compliance. In 2016 I joined the team at Tait Towers in Lititz PA. This exciting position provided me the opportunity to work with top professionals in the entertainment industry. Some of my notable clients included Disney World Wide Services, Cirque du Soleil USA and Canada, Dallas Cowboys AT & T Stadium, and Celine Dion. This position enriched my professional career growth through finance management, customer support, contract development, and scheduling. My current positions with M1R2 Ventures LLC, Residential Designs by Geddio, and Iron Gate Builders, Inc. are diverse positions that utilize my past job duties and strengths. Customer Service is still always my top priority. Most of these positions include the responsibility of logistical operations, bookkeeping, and updating social media. My positions are a perfect blend of my B2B experience and company and client relationship experience.
