About Michelle Gordon

I help founders and organizations unlock their full potential through strategic financial management, resilient leadership, and sustainable business practices. As a CPA, fractional CFO, and founder, I bring clarity to complexity—whether that’s scaling a fast-growing startup, navigating funding rounds, or building the financial infrastructure for long-term success. I partner with CEOs and founders to design systems that drive sustainable growth while aligning with their mission and values. At the intersection of finance, strategy, and human resilience, my work blends data-driven insight with people-first leadership. I’ve led initiatives across industries—technology, manufacturing, finance, First Nations, government, non-profit, agriculture, and AI—with a deep commitment to social impact and environmental responsibility. I’m also the founder of Fiscal Eye, an AI-powered financial oversight platform for SMEs, and GrowOut Retreats, a nature-based leadership company focused on co-founder alignment and shared leadership development. My current doctoral research explores how time in nature influences startup team resilience and cohesion. Speaker. Educator. Builder. From refining vision to securing funding, I help teams grow with purpose—and stay grounded along the way.
