My experience includes managing budget, forecasts and P&L across 3 different schools, retendering of contracts and services, team restructuring, introducing, and managing change management, project management, implementing new systems and processes to improve service performance. Prior, I managed a large contract at Portsmouth Naval Base, I was proud to develop my team to provide ‘best in class’ services across multiple areas in soft fm service provision. Supporting the Operations Director the role required me to manage complex relationships with our customer BAE Systems and their customer the Royal Navy. Excellent financial acumen - profit focused. Astute financial planning enabled me to successfully transform the contract to profits of 15%> by managing service provision, restructuring the team and supplier management whilst overcoming non budgeted challenges of the National Living Wage, Government Pension increases etc. ensuring the customers’ business needs were continuously met. Experience of managing a large team of staff with varying capabilities and career progression, I supported and coached teams and individuals to improve their personal development through training.
