About Michelle Gueguen

With over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, I specialize in instructional design and e-Learning methodologies. Currently, I oversee course design at Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development, creating inclusive learning experiences for a global audience. Over the course of my career, I have developed and delivered more than 20 unique course offerings, focusing on motivating diverse learners and maximizing their potential. I have a proven track record of driving high-impact projects that enhance organizational performance. By leveraging data-driven decision-making and adult learning principles, I ensure training strategies align with industry trends to motivate and enhance learning performance. I am currently pursuing certifications in talent development and assessing cultural climate. As a mentor and team leader, I’ve successfully led initiatives that improve operational efficiency and educational outcomes. I am particularly interested in conducting research, analyzing trends, and expanding my knowledge of talent management and learning development strategies.
