About Michelle H. Kaiser

Michelle H. Kaiser is a Senior Attorney in Becker’s Community Association Law practice group working out of our Naples office. Having a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Florida Gulf Coast University, Ms. Kaiser has a wealth of knowledge to offer her clients. She also has a wealth of experience having been a civil trial lawyer litigating complex real estate and community association issues. Ms. Kaiser has succeeded in obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients at evidentiary hearings, including injunctions, and both bench and jury trials. Ms. Kaiser graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law where she was actively involved. Ms. Kaiser served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review and the President of the Women’s Law Association. Ms. Kaiser also earned CALI awards in nine of her classes including Trial Advocacy and Evidence and was a Moot Court Trial competition and Appellate Argument Finalist. In addition to these accolades, Ms. Kaiser interned with Senior United States District Judge John E. Steele and the Offices of the United States Attorneys during law school.
