About Michelle Hare

Over 30 years of Retail Pharmacy and Pharmacy Management experience. Responsible for recruiting, training and creating a productive, comfortable long-term work environment. As a result, my pharmacy continues to earn a high customer satisfaction rating. I strive to create a warm, inviting atmosphere on the phone and in person to make my patients comfortable and want to return to my pharmacy. We have wonderful long term patients. I always remember that I’m part of a team and I couldn’t do what I do everyday without the help of the team. We are always looking for ways to improve the workflow and think outside of the box to help serve the needs of our customers. There are so many ways to solve problems and I like to be creative and remember what is most important to my patients and their healthcare. I love my customer interactions and the ability to help people everyday. Covid has forced the world to do things differently and as a silver lining to a horrible situation it has opened many doors to technology. I’m very excited to see where the industry is going with the fast paced changes in the healthcare industry.
