About Michelle Harris

With several years of experience as a Project Manager R&D and Master Scheduler at Abbott, I am a passionate STEM biotechnology professional who leads projects and teams involved in making and delivering innovative life-saving medicines, products, technology, and devices for customers with unmet needs. I hold multiple ASCM APICS certifications in production and inventory management, supply chain, and logistics transportation and distribution, demonstrating my proficiency and knowledge in these areas. I have successfully led Quarterly reviews, monthly S & OP, biweekly prioritization meetings, developed organized inventory management practices, and collaborated with cross-functional teams and partners to support the R&D and engineering programs and site goals at Abbott Diagnostics and Nutrition. Additionally for over thirteen years, I have held various roles and worked on projects that contributed to supporting the production and quality assurance of several commercial biotech FDA EU approved medicines, including Lucentis, Avastin, Herceptin, Rituxan, Perjeta, Xolair, and other oncology and immunology monoclonal antibody medicines with Genentech. I am capable and ready to transfer my skills, experience, and scientific education to related industries to help support sustainable supply chains for high quality products, services, and devices that impact and improve humanity in positive ways.
