I love data, connecting the dots to look for opportunities and pushing teams to think outside their confort zone. Steering strategic initiatives, my mission as Director of M&A is to drive business growth through investment and divestiture projects within the group. With a solid background in problem solving, data analysis and decision making, my approach is anchored in understanding business needs, synthesizing market insights and spearheading cross-departmental collaboration to deliver high-value solutions for our industrial clients around the globe. Thanks to my full fluency in English, French and Spanish, I can easily work on simultaneous initiatives with our 22 subsidiaries and production sites worldwide.
