About Michelle Horvath

With over nine years of experience in training and development, I am a dedicated national training coordinator at Community Options, Inc, a nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities. A recent MBA graduate from Seton Hill University, I apply strategic and ethical principles to enhance organizational training initiatives. I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training across 12 states, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with our mission. Skilled in adult learning theory, I develop training materials, provide coaching, and implement best practices. My recent achievements include launching an online learning platform, certifying trainers, and improving trainee retention and satisfaction. As a certified yoga instructor and wellness advocate, I combine my expertise in training, management, and wellness to positively impact the people and communities I serve.
