Over fifteen years experience in basic office operations, budget management, volunteer management and conflict resolution. Responsible to substantially grow community training by leveraging volunteer, affiliate and community resources within assigned multi-state area (Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming). Functions include, but are not limited to, program development and ECC revenue generation, customer service, budget monitoring, conference management, data collection and analysis, managing volunteer committees, providing training and consultation. Will act as a change agent to implement ECC training program initiatives. More recently managing a small clinic overseeing all day to day operations while maintaining a robust Electronic Health Record. Responsibilities also include patient health and resource navigation.
