I currently work at Yes Agency as a Finished Artist, keeping a sharp eye on details and striving for perfection through print and digital art within the programs Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat with AA compliance. I have a fair knowledge of PowerPoint, Adzu, and Word as well. Working here, I've learnt how important formatting, layout, an eye for design, interpretation and innovation are. I'm currently learning Premiere Pro and After Effects basics as well, as the agency takes its leap into the digital world, which I'm very excited about. My background is as a musician by the stage name 'Mishka J'. I've been singing since I was 4 years old and have performed in many vocal ensembles, musicals where I've played major roles (Kim from Miss Saigon and Penny from Hairspray), and sung solos for Lower Blue Mountains Festival of the Arts (LBMFA) and PULSE at the Sydney Opera House. I'm also a rhythmn guitarist of 9 years, self taught pianist of 2 years, and have been learning production hands-on with the program Logic Pro for 5 years as well. I'm a singer-songwriter and am currently mixing an album, but I mostly busk at markets and festivals along with performing at cafes and speakeasies. Under the name of my stage persona, I run a business where I sell handmade creative works from ceramics, jewellery, and paintings, to photography and graphic design prints. Whatever I feel really! I've studied fashion and textiles, hospitality, business and music entertainment at TAFE. I also have a statement of attainment in barista, an RCG and RSA. As you can see, I like to have my thumb in any and every pudding. To me, possibilities are endless and this is why above anything else, I call myself a CREATIVE.
