About Michelle Keating

With over 25 years of experience in independent schools, I am dedicated to helping every learner thrive. My work spans school leadership, curriculum design, school placement, and learning support, with a strong focus on neurodivergent students. By identifying the unique aspects of each learner’s profile, I partner closely with families and practitioners to guide evaluation processes and implement evidence-based supports. My goal is to design tailored, developmentally aligned pathways that promote meaningful growth—both academically and emotionally. And, to do all this with young humans, it's critical to use an asset-based lens and appreciate the joy in the journey! I provide executive functioning coaching and academic support for students from Kindergarten through college, drawing on a deep understanding of diverse learning profiles to help each student build skills necessary to be confident, independent, and successful.
