Backed by an Australia Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Training and Assessment Certificate IV In Frontline Management and Diploma of Management, I am a naturally engaging professional whose empathetic and assured approach delivers positive interventions and change. A fixture of local Government, I have served variously as Councillor, Deputy Mayor and Mayor of Manningham Council for over 8 years, where I remain a passionate advocate for many community issues, with a specific interest in matters affecting young people. Along with an impressive array of long-standing local and international volunteering roles, highly regarded tailored, hands-on programmes have achieved remarkable results for individuals, teams and organisations. My background in theatre, where an adroitness in the improvisational theatre-sports arena showcased a talent for creativity, imagination and intellect, reinforced the importance of teamwork and vision. My ability to coach and mentor comes from a true belief in the inherent worth of the individual.
