Dear Sir/Madam,In 2017, I had joined Crystal Apparel - Denim Division as Senior Finance Mgr. Stationed in Zhongshan and assisted corporate office for Listing in Nov'17. I reported directly to Denim Financial Controller & responsible for 2 China factories, 2 overseas factories and 7 trading companies. In charges all local and overseas financial, budgeting & Tax, forecast, analysis factory performance including Sewing and washing costing and efficiency, etcI had started up my own trading company since 2014. Market become very competitive and I would like to start looking for a job that allow me to strengthen my career skills and I am looking for a company that I can serve until I retired.In 1996, I joined Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine Asia Inc, a US MNC listed in Nasdaq as Controller, Asia. I responsible for regional consolidation of financial statement, management reports, weekly forecasts, 7 yrs budget, misc analysis, audit and Tax, etc. I had worked for the company for 15 years. I also in charges of HR, Admin, IT, Sales nego, etc I was able to deliver highly integrated business and financial recommendations to fit my employer ever-changing organizational structure, support their accomplishment of business goals. I had sharpened skills in the areas of business insights, strategy planning & leadership qualities where I can work under pressure and independently.Some major achievements with Northrop Grumman: 1) Set up the Regional Controller Procedures for both internal & external policies that comply with US and local standards. 2) Implemented new ERP throughout Asia in order to lead our Asian teams to work more effectively. I am seeking for a job that permit me continue with my personal development, regardless the degree of difficulty, my main professional goal is to grow & serve the company with loyalty, since I am a professional who likes challenges.
