About Michelle Leblanc

I am a systems thinker who supports students, families, teachers and administrators. I understand the needs, strengths and motivators of others to further their development. I have excellent time management and thrive in an environment where variety in work tasks and multiple projects are challenging and require me to work out of my comfort zone. I enjoy freedom of movement and the ability to control my own schedule to get the job done. I am able to strike the appropriate balance between seeking leadership roles and supporting roles. I have quick learning ability in a wide variety of business areas. I can evaluate the big picture and then determine which direction to take, and how resources should be used. I am open to all industries where I am able to interact with people, prioritize my schedule to meet objectives, and have a team to collaborate for a shared purpose.
