I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries where critical thinking, creativity and decision making skills are the key to success. I thrive in an environment where I have the opportunity to wear many hats and no two work days are the same. I prefer to work on a team that has a strong focus on collaboration and support. I believe that good leaders recognize the abilities and strengths of their team members and trust them to complete their role effectively. My passion lies in building genuine and honest relationships with donors, which I meticulously work towards through strong communications, active listening and strategic portfolio analysis.
