About Michelle Marquez

I’m a CRO Manager with over five years of hands-on experience, helping businesses across SaaS, open-source, and e-commerce spaces unlock their full potential.I’ve had the privilege of working in highly dynamic, international environments, collaborating with diverse teams around the globe. Whether it’s working closely with front and back-end developers, UX designers, or product managers, or leading my own specialized CRO teams, I’ve always valued the power of collaboration.I have a background in finance and multicultural studies, and I’m fascinated by psychology, visual arts, and logic games. This may seem like an unusual mix, but it’s this blend that fuels my passion for CRO.I’m always eager to understand the “why” behind the “what” and to craft solutions that resonate. For me, CRO isn’t just a job—it’s a perfect fit. It’s a role where I can constantly learn, adapt, and make a tangible impact.
