About Michelle Marrey

27 years experience ensuring quality improvements and customer satisfaction through redesigning and digitising the customer journeys and colleagues processes. I spent 3 years as part of Ulster Banks Home Buying Platform team working within Agile methodology to provide process mapping insights, colleague and customer journey improvements, undertaking testing and providing feedback. During this time, I completed the Professional Diploma in Digital Product Management in Financial Services and Professional Certificate in Digital Financial Services and Data Analytics with UCD/IOB which enchanced my Agile and Waterfall Project management style skills and my ability to use data to make informed decisions. I am highly literate in excel and various visual data analytics systems like Tableau and Power BI. I generate new ideas and use innovative ways of thinking and working. I have a digital and technological mind set and use digital tools effectively to continuously improve and simplify tasks for my customers. I am curious and keen to learn new things with a positive orientation towards change to solve problems and make sound decisions with colleagues and customers in mind. I have attention to detail, simplify complexity and produce accurate and high quality work. I think strategically with purpose, goals and risk appetite underlining everything I do. I am an advocate of lifelong learning and build and maintains inter departmental relationships.
