About Michelle Maxfield

With a decade of HR experience I specialize as a strategic, people-first global benefits leader who champions employee wellbeing through thoughtful, high-impact programs that span borders, empower teams, and deliver measurable value. I believe employee wellbeing is the foundation of every high-performing, successful organization—and I design cost-effective total rewards strategies that bring that belief to life. My work integrates global benefits, wellness, compensation, retirement and recognition solutions into a cohesive, scalable framework that supports both business goals and the holistic needs of our people. That’s the work stuff. But I’m still a human—I love life, waterfalls, rivers, and lakes. I love experiencing the magic and wonder of the world through my kids eyes. My favorite time of day is the evening in the backyard with the kids and animals and the garden. Gardening is my favorite! We’re just a dirt road away from the wilderness and enjoy camping and exploring the beautiful state of Utah, but only in three of the four seasons. I mean snow is beautiful, but I prefer it from indoors by the fire, wrapped in my blanket with the latest romantasy book.
