Product Ownership & Analysis I am a successful product owner and business analyst because I can derive value from customers needs and portray that information to the product team. I communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure I have well-defined requirements. I work with them and the product team to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog. I facilitate Sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure consistent inspection, adaptation, and transparency. I focus on empiricism to ensure that value is being utilized in decision-making. I ask the difficult questions and challenge notions of “this is how it is always done”. I have worked on numerous product changes including UX redesign, mapping, system integrations, service orchestration and activation, process improvements, and SAAS implementations. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow me to build successful working relationships with stakeholders at various levels. I enjoy working in Agile following Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Subject Matter Expertise I have been recognized with outstanding performance reviews for learning products quickly by understanding UX, system functionality, and then acting in a SME role. I can easily convey consumable product information to customers and front end users. Being a musician and bilingual enables me to retain and recall knowledge easily. I am an innovator by understanding product capabilities, customer processes, and thinking outside of the box. I enjoy doing customer demos and product overviews because of my confidence in my technical knowledge and ability to address various audiences.
