The Headlines: Passionate about people, placemaking, and the role of the built environment in supporting/improving health & wellbeing, and all in all, how we best communicate the stories, and work of those contributing to this. The Plot: Experienced Surveyor and consulting professional with a BSc. MSc. focused in Environmental Planning and Urban Design. Transitioning in recent years to the operational side of business, I have combined my passions for the built environment, collaborative placemaking and creative communications to further grow and develop opportunities for GIA Surveyors, Forsters LLP Commercial Real Estate Team, LandAid (the property industry charity) and most recently, the Real Estate Division at international law firm, Pennington's Manches Cooper. My role involves supporting the Real Estate Disputes, Planning, Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Construction (Contentious non-contentious) and (Social) Housing teams, from a BD, Marketing and Comms capacity. I’m also a certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hour Hatha, 50 Hour Yin) committed to all aspects of wellbeing. I believe wellbeing is a vital component within company culture - on physical, mental, social and environmental levels and have taken an active role in company Wellbeing and EDI groups.(During my time at GIA Surveyors I was also in-house Yoga teacher and worked alongside colleagues, to seek & host, alternative networking events with a difference). I currently host seasonal online yoga for my colleagues as part of our Wellbeing group work.
