About Michelle McLeavy

As a Project Fusion Clinical Governance Programme Lead at Solent NHS Trust, I am responsible for leading multiple teams and workstreams to deliver significant change and development projects across organisational governance. I have successfully implemented an incident management system within an eight-month timeframe, ensuring that the skills and knowledge of key staff drive the design of the end product. I have also supported subject matter experts to challenge the status quo and drive forward positive change for patients and staff. I have extensive senior management experience in both business and the not-for-profit sectors, with full budgetary responsibility for multi-million budgets. I have led business growth and development strategies, including scoping for new business opportunities, writing successful bids and framework applications, and developing partnerships to maximise growth and development opportunities. I have a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Leicester, and I am a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager with Prince2 and CQC experience. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring. I am also a former non-executive director for a Women's Aid service in Leicestershire, where I supported the service to grow and develop by leading merger and development opportunities.
