I am an Agile Master with a degree in Marketing, a postgraduate degree in Agile Management and Software Development, and certifications including PSM I, KSD, KSI, and KMP. I have advanced English, strong communication skills, and a nontraditional professional background that is deeply connected to who I am today as a leader and facilitator. For 7 years, I worked as a flight attendant, where I learned the importance of caring for others, listening actively, making quick decisions under pressure, and staying calm in difficult situations. These lessons became the foundation of my current work, focused on building healthy teams, improving relationships, and delivering real value to both the business and the users. Over the past 3 years, I’ve been leading agile teams with a focus on collaboration, autonomy, and sustainable performance. I’m skilled in organizing workflows, analyzing data, tracking agile metrics, facilitating challenging conversations, mentoring people, and working closely with stakeholders — always with a collaborative, adaptable, and strategic mindset. More than just applying methods, my goal is to build trust, promote clarity, and support autonomy, creating environments where teams grow together with the business.
