About Michelle Meredith

With over 20 years of experience in the human services sector, I am currently the chief executive officer at Integrated Disability Support Services, a nonprofit organization that provides a range of supports to people with a disability. I am passionate about empowering communities and individuals to overcome social and economic challenges. I have a strong background in disability support, workplace rehabilitation, and disability employment services. At IDSS, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who work within thier local communities to design and deliver innovative and impactful solutions that improve the lives and livelihoods of thousands of people. I have developed and honed my skills in community development, training, nonprofit management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement throughout my career, and I am always eager to learn new ways to enhance my performance and achieve my goals. I value collaboration, diversity, and social justice, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive culture at IDSS that reflects our vision and mission.
