Key Achievements: • Designed and created Excel reporting pack to analyse YoY results (actuals, actual vs target, YoY difference and % increase/decrease) across various periods including MTD, YTD, MTD LM, YTD LM and CY. Process included compilation of historical raw data from multiple sources, creation of pivot tables with calculated fields and creation of a final report consolidating the data. • Created Excel reporting pack to analyse case management activity and compare results across various periods including MoM and YoY. Process included creation of pivot tables with calculated fields drawing from multiple Excel queries, creation of pivot charts and charts, addition of formulas to facilitate analysis of raw data and creation of a ‘dashboard’ for visual analysis of results. • Part of the project team for the relocation of our Parts Distribution Centre from Sydney South to Western Sydney. Project comprised of a search for a suitable property to lease, legal negotiations with developer and landlord (Agreement for Lease and Lease), construction of warehouse, relocation of stock and leasing of old warehouse. Responsible for project budget tracking and invoice reconciliation. • Extensive preparation of detailed standard operating procedures with some processes covering 50 pages of instructions.
