Michelle is a Crain's Business "40 Under 40" alumna and has been profiled in the New York Times Real Estate Section for her work improving New York City commercial corridors. Her career in community and economic development includes economic development finance encompassing real estate and business credit, tax exempt bonds, TIF, and NMTC; workforce development; public and commercial real estate development; and public and nonprofit management.
