My experience and interest is working in a leadership position focusing on operations and people management within a dynamic, forward-thinking company aiming to improve members’ health and wellness. As an Operations Director with 20 years of experience, I have accomplished numerous initiatives for programs and teams, collaborating across functional areas, to help members lead healthier lives using behavior change approaches. I oversee and manage the day-to-day and end-to-end operational needs and staff of programs focused on tobacco cessation, weight management, and wellness programs providing program instruction and guidance to stakeholders and staff. There is a consistent focus on building and sustaining a strong, engaged, and professional team to deliver first-class phone, chat, text, email, and group session-based customer service; effective and efficient work processes (which maximize resources); high quality behavior changes and motivational interviewing techniques; and excellent coaching and performance monitoring.
