About Michelle Odonnell

Michelle is a Manager in the Discovery & Data Management (Regulatory & Legal Services), where she specializes in Contract Lifecycle Management. She has extensive experience in using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize managed contracts review, CLM technology implementation, CLM process design, contracts migration, and template rationalization. Michelle also leads Project Management Office and Change Management for large-scale transformations, drawing on her legal business background and project management skills. Moreover, she has deep experience in eDiscovery, including document reviews and productions for complex disputes and investigations. As a licensed attorney, she uses machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other automation techniques to enhance contract lifecycle and contracting efficiency, as well as traditional eDiscovery document reviews. Michelle has supported Advisory Operate as interim Chief of Staff (through Aug 2024) and is temporarily responsible for developing, coordinating, empowering, and communicating the Advisory Operate Leadership’s strategic plan. She collaborates with various teams (Finance, Delivery, Talent, Sales & Marketing, Communications, etc.) to define, organize, and execute projects on behalf of the Advisory Operate leadership team, including organizational change management, ad-hoc executive project management, and driving completion of enterprise efforts.
