I am a Psychotherapist,Trainer and Supervisor with an MA in Humanistic Person-Centred Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Continuing Education.(UKCP Reg, MBACP Reg). My approach is based in Person-Centred, Experiential and Systemic ways of working. My core values reflect the holistic nature of wellness and as such the World Health Organisation definition of health is central to my practice. As such I aim to maintain a portfolio of work which supports physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being and empowers the development of personal passion and aspiration. Within this I aim to work in a way which enables co-operation between individuals and groups in pursuit of aims common or complimentary to the above.
