About Michelle Oliver

I create and direct within my book of business retention strategies for the Central/West Region of United States and have lead the direction of Enterprise Business Account Executives for New Business Development along with existing business within Global and Mid-Markets. I thoroughly enjoy what I do because I am empowered to exceed company goals and expectations annually through sales and contribution, forecasting, team development, and deployment. Thinking outside of the box to bring about innovative results is my kind of challenge and because I'm a really optimistic, I believe very little can stand in the way of attaining goals. I enjoy a good mystery and solving problems so, I have become a very, good listener. Helping others is incredibly rewarding to me. Whether I'm mentoring co-workers or working with customers, I show them their value and mine. It's part of my nature to see the "Big Picture" and I notice recurring patterns. This allows me the chance to be creative, both in life and in business. I see the way all of the parts are interconnected giving me the bedrock from which I can serve.
