As an Online Advertising Specialist at TDCX, I provide the best recommendation and service by helping customers realize what would be the best marketing and advertising goals for their business. I work with Google sites to promote their products and services across various platforms and channels. I have been in this role for almost a year, and I enjoy the challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills and strategies. I am also a Psychology major at Bestlink College of the Philippines. I have strong analytical skills, which I have demonstrated in my previous call center roles at Concentrix and Inspiro, where I handled inbound calls from customers about their orders, cards, and possible fraud. I am passionate about helping people and solving problems, and I am always looking for ways to improve myself and my performance.
