Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1), Agile Certified, MBA As a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in federal DoD markets, I have demonstrated my ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, and oversee multiple contracts simultaneously. My expertise in systems engineering and integration, along with my experience in managing high-dollar contracts (~$50M portfolio) has allowed me to build an impressive skillset in contract management and acquisitions. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for leading project teams, tracking cost and schedule, mitigating project risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. My ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from internal management to high-level military personnel, has been critical to my success in managing programs. In addition to my strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, Agile, and Kanban, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Acquisitions and Contract Management from Bellevue University. I have also obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from scrum.org. Recently, I have completed a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. I am passionate about product development, marketing research, and budget management, and I thrive in fast-paced environments.
