About Michelle Pecson

As Director of PMO at Jolera Inc. I oversee a large global project portfolio driving delivery excellence through governance, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration. I’ve led enterprise-wide transformations, turned around underperforming programs, and built data-driven reporting tools adopted across the organization. This expertise is also beneficial as I coach and mentor other organizations to transform their own PMO departments. My music preferences—from Andrea Bocelli to grunge rock, disco, and blues on one playlist—mirror my diverse approach to life and problem solving. I am a pragmatic person who tackles challenges head on.I take great pride in leading a team of high-performing, passionate program managers, project managers, and analysts who consistently go above and beyond to deliver quality results. In parallel with developing this delivery team, I established a data-driven administration division of the PMO focused on standardization, compliance, KPIs, and revenue optimization. Together, we foster a collaborative, hands-on environment that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and a collective commitment to getting the job done.
